Arthur Rabjohn

Arthur Rabjohn CEM FEPS MBCI is a former Metropolitan Police officer who has developed a second career in the Emergency Management field. In this field he has contributed to the construction and delivery of a number of exercises including the UK CBRN Centres Strategic Command course, UK Government Departments, Local Resilience Forums and state exercises in Australia. He is the President of the Europa Council of the International Association of Emergency Managers and was the first Chairman of that organisations Global Board. He is a regular speaker at EM related conferences including the World Conference on Disaster Management.
